Every enterprise wants AI. Very few know how to actually make it work.

Regulated enterprises across Europe face a problem that is not going away. They need AI to automate complex processes, extract value from proprietary data, and stay competitive, but they cannot do so using platforms that route their data through jurisdictions outside their control. That is not a technical limitation. It is a legal, regulatory, and strategic one.

GLBNXT exists to solve exactly that. We are a European AI platform purpose-built for organisations operating under strict compliance requirements. Our platform enables enterprise teams to build and deploy AI applications, including intelligent assistants, automated workflows, retrieval-augmented knowledge systems, and custom model deployments, all within a sovereign European infrastructure. Everything runs on EU-hosted compute, is certified to ISO 27001:2022, and is architected to meet the requirements of GDPR, NIS2, and the EU AI Act. Organisations do not have to choose between capability and control. With GLBNXT, they get both.

We work with enterprises in financial services, insurance, government, and critical infrastructure. For these organisations, the question is no longer whether to adopt AI. The gap between a great demo and a successful production deployment is where enterprise AI projects fail. We need our first Forward Deployed Engineer to make sure that never happens to a GLBNXT customer.

What you'll do

You are not a project manager and not a pure engineer. You are the person who sits with a customer from kickoff to first business outcome, writes the code that makes it real, and then translates what you learned back into the product roadmap. That role requires range. It is also one of the most interesting jobs in enterprise tech right now.

Concretely:

• Embed with customers from kickoff through to their first measurable business outcome

• Build use-case implementations: RAG pipelines, custom AI agents, and automated workflows on customer data

• Run workshops for non-technical stakeholders and architecture deep-dives with engineering teams

• Bring structured product feedback into our roadmap; your customer insight shapes what we build next

• Author case studies, technical blog posts, and reference architectures that the broader market will read

• Triage and own customer issues end-to-end, coding the fix when needed, routing to engineering when not

• Help each customer expand from one team to many

What you bring

• 4-7 years in a hybrid technical and customer-facing role: solutions engineering, implementation engineering, technical CSM, or technical consulting

• Comfortable with Python, APIs, JSON, YAML, and basic SQL, and genuinely curious about LangChain, agent frameworks, and vector databases

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent experience. We value the combination of analytical rigour and practical execution over any specific credential.

• A strong communicator in both Dutch and English; comfortable presenting to our clients' leadership teams and working through technical details with their engineers in the same day

• High agency: you would rather make a decision and correct course than wait for a process to tell you what to do

• You actually enjoy working with customers and see their problems as your problems
