Regulated enterprises across Europe face a problem that is not going away. They need AI to automate complex processes, extract value from proprietary data, and stay competitive, but they cannot do so using platforms that route their data through jurisdictions outside their control. That is not a technical limitation. It is a legal, regulatory, and strategic one.

GLBNXT exists to solve exactly that. We are a European AI platform purpose-built for organisations operating under strict compliance requirements. Our platform enables enterprise teams to build and deploy AI applications, including intelligent assistants, automated workflows, retrieval-augmented knowledge systems, and custom model deployments, all within a sovereign European infrastructure. Everything runs on EU-hosted compute, is certified to ISO 27001:2022, and is architected to meet the requirements of GDPR, NIS2, and the EU AI Act. Organisations do not have to choose between capability and control. With GLBNXT, they get both.

We work with enterprises in financial services, insurance, government, and critical infrastructure. For these organisations, the question is no longer whether to adopt AI. It is how to do so responsibly, with full auditability and without regulatory exposure. That question is what we answer every day.

Now we need someone to take this from founders selling to a real, repeatable, scaling commercial motion.


What you'll do

You see an open pipeline and you want to close it. You see a process that doesn't exist yet and you want to build it. That combination is rare. It's what this role needs.

Concretely:

  • Build and run a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities from first contact to signature

  • Take over warm inbound demos from our founders, then build the outbound motion that adds to it

  • Become the trusted commercial face of GLBNXT for Dutch and Benelux enterprises

  • Translate market trends and regulation (EU AI Act, NIS2, DORA) and customer needs into pipeline

  • Co-author our proposal templates, security responses, and pricing playbook

  • Act as strategic partner to the founders on what to build, what to position, and how to win

  • Eventually hire the team that sells next to you


What you bring

  • 5-8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally including a previous early-stage stint

  • A track record of personally closing complex enterprise deals (€25K–€100K+ ACV) with CIOs, CISOs, or DPOs

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience built through years of doing the hard work in complex sales environments

  • Fluent Dutch and English; you will work both languages in the same week

  • The ability to sell something technical without losing the business case

  • Hands-on enough with technology to run a live platform demo in a customer meeting, because you know the best sales tool we have is the product itself

  • Commercial intuition and initiative: you create movement instead of waiting for it

  • A real opinion on outbound, ICP, and pipeline hygiene
