Before signing on, all third-party service providers and subprocessors go through a thorough security and compliance assessment. This entails evaluating certifications, carrying out a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), confirming compliance with our EU-sovereignty principles, and carrying out yearly re-evaluations to guarantee ongoing compliance. Upon request, a complete list of approved subprocessors is provided.
All third-party service providers and sub-processors undergo security assessment before engagement, including:
- Review of security certifications and compliance posture
- Data processing agreement (DPA) execution
- Alignment with our EU sovereignty principles
- Annual security reassessment
